How ZAS presents third-party opportunities and editorial intelligence.
1. Opportunity aggregation
ZAS may identify and summarise publicly available opportunities from third-party sources. We provide the title, basic details, source and link where available so users can investigate the original opportunity.
2. Verify before applying
Users must verify eligibility, specifications, closing dates, briefing dates, fees, submission procedures and any amendments directly with the original publisher. ZAS is not responsible for changes, cancellations, expired listings, inaccurate third-party information or unsuccessful applications.
3. Copyright and source material
ZAS aims to avoid reproducing full third-party advertisements or articles. Listings should use short factual descriptions and link users to the original source. Third-party publishers retain rights in their original content, branding, images and documents.
4. News and intelligence
ZAS may provide original commentary and short factual summaries with links to source material. Editorial information is provided for general business awareness and should not be treated as legal, financial, customs or investment advice.
5. External links
Third-party websites operate independently from ZAS. Opening an external link means you are leaving the ZAS website and becoming subject to the third party's terms and policies.
6. No fee to applicants
ZAS does not charge candidates or businesses simply to view the public opportunity listings. Any fee required by an original opportunity publisher must be verified directly with that publisher.
7. Contact
Questions about a ZAS listing can be sent to info@zaphalalasolutions.co.za.
This page is a practical website disclaimer and is not a substitute for a formal legal opinion. ZAS should have its final terms and POPIA documentation reviewed by a qualified South African legal/privacy professional.
