How ZAS handles website information.
A practical notice covering enquiries, analytics and the ZAS opportunity boards.
1. Information you provide
If you contact ZAS through a form or email, we may receive your name, company, email address and the information you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide the requested service.
2. Website analytics
ZAS may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand traffic, page views, engagement, referral sources and interactions such as clicks on opportunity links. Analytics are used for website improvement and business reporting, not to sell personal information.
3. Opportunity boards
The Graduate and SMME opportunity boards are designed as public information services. ZAS does not require candidates or businesses to submit CVs, identity documents, tender submissions or application credentials to ZAS through these listings.
4. External websites
Opportunity and news links take you to third-party websites. Those organisations control their own privacy practices and terms. Review the original source before submitting information.
5. Cookies
The website may use essential browser storage and analytics technologies. Where analytics are enabled, they are used to understand aggregated website performance and interactions.
6. Contact
For privacy questions, contact info@zaphalalasolutions.co.za.
This notice is general website information and is not legal advice. ZAS should obtain a South African legal/privacy review before launching any feature that collects additional personal information or sends direct marketing.
